KCI Medical Ltd ISO 9001: 2000 & ISO 13485:2003

Exceeding customer expectation by delivering high quality products

KCI Medical Ltd is committed to continued improvement in the delivery of wound therapy and therapeutic products and services. The company strives to be acknowledged by all of our customers and stakeholders as a leading company in the provision of healthcare.

Senior Management within the company will ensure quality standards are communicated and reflected in the way we conduct business with our customers, both internally and externally.

All staff are fully aware of the prime importance of ensuring that our medical products and services consistently continue to satisfy customer requirements as well as any applicable regulatory requirements, as required by ISO 9001:2000 and through our manufacturing division under ISO 13485:2003.

KCI Medical Ltd will provide the necessary training, information and support together with any specialist tools or equipment to achieve this. The primary focus of KCI Medical Ltd is to exceed customers' expectations by delivering high quality products and services to the total satisfaction of all our customers.

KCI Medical Ltd will establish, review and continually update quality objectives to maintain and develop these standards.
