Executive Biographies
Martin J. Landon is interim President and Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of KCI. He oversees the global finance function. In addition, he has oversight of information technology and the corporate development and strategy functions. Landon joined KCI in May 1994 as Senior Director of Corporate Development. He served as Vice President, Accounting and Corporate Controller from October 1994 until December 2002. In December 2002, he held the position of Vice President of Finance and Acting Chief Financial Officer until he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2003. Before joining KCI, Landon worked for Intelogic Trace, Inc., a publicly-held computer services firm where his last position was Vice President and CFO. Prior to 1988, he worked in public accounting with a principal-client focus on healthcare and regulated industries.
Joe Woody is Global President of Active Healing Solutions™, the company's advanced wound healing business. As Global President, Woody is responsible for leading the research and development, manufacturing, commercialization and clinical and customer support for AHS in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Woody has more than 20 years experience in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining KCI, Woody served as Global President of Vascular Therapies for Covidien. At Covidien, he was responsible for the $2.6B acquisition and integration of ev3. Previously, Woody served as Global President, Smith & Nephew Advanced Wound Management, and held other leadership positions at Alliance Imaging, Inc., Acuson and GE Medical Systems.
Lisa N. Colleran is President of the KCI regenerative medicine business, LifeCell™ Corporation. Since joining LifeCell in 2002, Colleran has held several positions, including Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations, and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Prior to joining LifeCell, Colleran spent 20 years at Baxter Healthcare Corporation in various roles of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing, business development and general management, with international experience. She was appointed Vice President, Marketing, for Baxter’s U.S. Renal business in 1997 and served in that role until 2001 when she was promoted to Vice President/General Manager of the company’s Renal Pharmaceuticals Business.
Stephen D. Seidel is President of the Therapeutic Support Systems business for KCI. Prior to his current role, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administration Officer and General Counsel for KCI. Before joining KCI in April 2005, Seidel worked for eight years as Managing Director of Cox Smith Matthews Incorporated, a business and litigation law firm based in San Antonio, Texas, with 115 attorneys and more than 200 employees. While there, Seidel served KCI as lead outside counsel in a variety of commercial transactions and securities offerings.
David Lillback is Senior Vice President, Human Resources for KCI. In his role, Lillback has global responsibility for the strategic development and implementation of human resources, organization and communications initiatives for KCI. Prior to joining KCI in December 2010, David served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources for Mylan Inc., where he provided HR leadership to the company’s 16,000 employees across 140 countries. He also has held executive positions at Sanofi-aventis, LaRoche Industries and Kaiser.
John T. Bibb is Senior Vice President, General Counsel for KCI. Prior to this role, Bibb served as the Associate General Counsel for KCI for eight years, focusing on acquisitions and licensing, corporate and securities law, corporate finance and commercial operations. Before joining KCI in 2003, Bibb practiced law at Cox & Smith, Inc. in San Antonio; Baker Botts L.L.P. in Houston; and Echarri & Brindle, Abogados in Madrid, Spain.
